Can I get an item delivered to an address different to my billing address?
You sure can. All you need to do is fill in the 'Delivery Address' section when completing the order process.
How do I redeem a discount code on Rawk?
Easy peasy......Add your item(s) to your basket....Go to checkout....Continue the order process until you get to the ORDER SUMMARY page....On the 'order summary' page there is a box at the top, this is where you enter your discount code....Once you have entered the code, click the 'Apply Discount' button....The discount will now be redeemed....Click continue....Fill in your payment details....That's it, discount code - DONE!
Do Rawk price-match other websites?
If you've seen an item we stock cheaper on another website just let us know. In order to price-match we need to know which item it is, the website where you've found it cheaper (with a valid website address - URL) and the price. The item must be in stock on the other website and it must be the same like-for-like product that we have at Rawk..........Email us at sales@rawk.com to submit your enquiry.
What should I do if I need to return an item for a refund or an exchange?

Do you have a time limit for returning an item for exchange or refund?
The simple answer is NO. Unlike other companies that only offer a short period to return an item, here at Rawk we have a 'no time-limit' returns policy. When returning an item all we ask is that the item is in its original condition and packaging. That's it..........We feel this offers our customers a better level of service, especially if buying a gift ahead of a birthday or Christmas. Rest assured, if the gift isn't suitable or doesn't fit, you can still exchange the item or get a refund..........For further details visit our Returns policy section.
I don't know my order number, can I still return an item?
Absolutely. While your order number (which is listed on your confirmation email) can speed up the returns process, it is not essential. As long as you include your name, address and contact telephone number, as well as whether you wish to have a refund or an exchange, we will be able to process your request.
How do I cancel an order?
If you have placed an order with us and wish to cancel it you can email us at sales@rawk.com with any relevant information your name, order number etc and we will cancel your order immediately.
I've placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email. Is there a problem with my order?
Rawk automatically sends you a confirmation email when you register your details on the website. We also email you when you complete an order and when your order has been dispatched..........Occasionally emails we send may be filtered into your 'Junk' folder depending on your email account. Emails may also not be received due to your protection (Firewall) settings on your computer. Another reason you might not get emails from Rawk is if your email address has been entered incorrectly. When I'm choosing inline skates/quad roller skates, should I stick to my regular shoe size or should I go one size up?
There is no one answer for this one. It all depends on the skate itself. Click on the product and look at it's description where it will tell you about any sizing requirements.
When I'm choosing Heelys should I stick to my regular shoe size or should I go one size up?
Heelys are a tight fit so it is advised to chose at least ONE full size up from your regular shoe size. For example if you're a UK size 6, chose a UK size 7.......... But if you're between sizes, select a size and a half bigger than your shoe size. It's better to be half a size too big than half a size too small. (Heelys can be padded out with an extra insole for extra comfort and a closer fit.)
What's the difference between one and two wheeled Heelys?
One pair has one wheel in the heel and the other has two! Ha ha.......... Actually, two wheel Heelys are great for children and first-time Heelyers because the two wheels provide more stability and balance. Two wheel Heelys are generally easier to learn on.......... One wheel Heelys are for more confident and experienced wearers. Usually a beginner will start with two-wheel Heelys and then move on to one-wheeled Heelys.
Do you ship items to outside of the UK?
Yes we do! Via our partnership with DPD couriers we can ship to Republic Of Ireland, France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania & Romania..........Costs and delivery times are listed in the Shipping information area of the website..........Unfortunately due to customs regulations that are beyond our control, we are unable to ship items to the U.S.A, Japan or Switzerland..........If there is a country you wish to have an item shipped to, but is not listed then email info@rawk.com and we will look into your request.
Do you have a brochure/leaflet?
As our website is being constantly updated with all the latest skateboards, rollerskates, inlines, aggressive skates, ice skates, Heelys, Dinosoles, scooters and much, much more, we currently do not have a brochure or leaflet. But keep visiting www.rawk.com for all the latest products and amazing sale offers.
Do ice skates come sharpened?
When you buy ice skates from Rawk, they are supplied 'factory sharpened'. They are ready to be used out of the box. Due to the various levels of personal preference, they can be sharpened to your liking at most ice skating rinks. Unfortunately we are unable to sharpen ice skates at Rawk.
My inline skates only have one brake, where's the other one huh?
A common but fair question. Most inline skates only come with ONE rear brake usually attached to the right skate. Depending on personal preference though is very easy to switch the brake to the left boot, just follow the instructions provided with your skates..........There are exceptions, aggressive skates and some free-style skates DO NOT come with a rear brake. Also on occasion some inline do come with two rear brakes, this will be mentioned in the item listing.
My child is 6 years old, what size helmet/skates/Heelys etc should I get them?
We hear this a lot!.......... Unfortunately other than junior padsets, which are designed with ages used as the sizing guide, your child's age is not applicable when selecting the right size product. As all children are different shapes and sizes each product is designed accordingly. Helmets are sized according to the cm sizing of the circumference of their head. To find this simply place a tape measure in the middle of their forehead and measure around..........For other items including roller skates, inlines, Heelys, DInosoles etc, you will need to know the child's current shoe size. All the relevant sizes (for example, whether to go a size up, a size down, same size etc) will be included in the item information.
I ordered a UK size 8 inline/roller skate/Heely/Dinosole but it says US 9 on the label. What's this about?
Most inline skates, roller skates, Heelys, Dinosoles etc, will have a US size listed on the box and label. Panic not! The UK size should be listed right next to it. This will be the size you ordered.
I placed an order last night at 11pm, it's now 9am the following day and the item isn't here. I paid for next day delivery, why isn't it here yet dude?!
Although we wish we could work 24 hours a day, unfortunately every night we're forced go home and get some sleep. Therefore the deadline for processing orders is 5.00pm during working days. If you place an order after 5.00pm it will be processed on the next working day. Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours and will be delivered according to the delivery service selected.
